Shipment Times & Procedures

Canada Orders: CanadaPost

Depending on the order size, your products may ship oversized letter-mail or expedited mail. 

Please Note: Orders to NU & Northwest Territories may require additional shipping costs.

Shipment times within Canada: 5-14 days (depending on location)

USA Orders: USPS

Your items are packaged & rushed with our couriers to the US Border in Niagara Falls, Ontario, we clear customs & drop the package directly to the USPS via First Class Mail or Priority (depending on order size)

We provide you with a tracking number as soon as it leaves our facility.

Shipment times within USA: 5-7 days (depending on location)


Returns & Exchanges



Not that you'll ever want to, but...

Beard of God™ offers a full 30 days for Returns/Exchanges if you are not happy with our product(s).
The product must only be used about 25%, meaning you cannot use half the product & expect a full refund or exchange. We are very fair with our policy.

1. Please email us at [email protected] to obtain an RMA #
2. Mail the item to the following address (at buyers expense)

3. Once the item arrives at our facility, we will process the refund or exchange (usually within 1-2 days of receipt)
